ShatterFocus helps you break the doomscroll habit. Add distracting sites (Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to your blocklist, turn on Focus Mode, and set a wait timer. When you land on a blocked site, ShatterFocus counts down, then the page dramatically shatters and redirects you away with the wait time doubling each time you go back, so the habit gets harder to repeat. Fully customizable timer and redirect destination. No accounts, no tracking everything stays on your device.
