AI Exporter helps you save important AI conversations in clean, reusable formats.

Open a supported AI chat, click the extension icon, and export the conversation as PDF, Markdown, or plain text. You can export the full chat, copy the full conversation to your clipboard, or use Custom Export mode to manually select only the messages you want to save.

It is useful for saving research, prompts, code answers, meeting notes, writing drafts, learning material, client work, and reusable AI outputs.

How to Use:

1. Open a chat on ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
2. Click the AI Exporter icon in your Chrome toolbar.
3. Choose a quick export format: PDF, Markdown, or Text.
4. To export only selected messages, click Custom Export.
5. Select the messages you want using the checkboxes.
6. Choose Markdown, Text, or PDF from the floating toolbar.
7. Save the exported file to your device.

Custom Export:

Custom Export mode adds checkboxes next to chat messages on the supported AI page. This lets you export only the selected questions, answers, or message sections instead of saving the entire conversation.

Privacy Friendly:

AI Exporter runs locally in your browser. Based on the current extension files, it does not collect personal information, does not send chat content to the developer’s server, and does not use analytics or tracking scripts.

The extension reads visible chat content only on supported AI chat pages when you choose to export or copy the conversation. Exported files are generated locally and saved to your device.
