LLMs cite sources constantly. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, you name it. The problem isn't that citations are missing. It's that nobody checks whether the cited source actually supports the claim being made.

Sereno does that check.

What it does
Sereno reads the claims an AI makes alongside the sources it cites, then verifies whether the source actually backs up the claim. Not just "does a link exist," but "does this link say what the AI says it says."

When a claim holds up, you'll see it. When a source is misquoted, stretched, or doesn't say what's claimed at all, Sereno flags it inline, right where you're reading.

Why it matters
Citation presence isn't citation faithfulness. An AI can drop a real, legitimate-looking source next to a claim that source doesn't actually support. Most people never click through to check. Sereno does the checking for you, automatically, as you read.
