About
## Description **Focus Mode Blocker** lets you define your own focus modes — Work, Study, Deep Focus, or anything you like — and automatically blocks distracting websites during the times you set. **How it works** Create a mode, give it a schedule (e.g. weekdays 9 am – 5 pm), and add the sites you want to block. The extension does the rest: it activates the mode on time, redirects blocked sites to a clean blocked page, and deactivates everything when the window ends. **Key features** - **Custom focus modes** — create as many modes as you need, each with its own color, schedule, and blocklist - **Automatic scheduling** — set time windows per day of the week; modes activate and deactivate on their own - **Per-mode blocklists** — different sites blocked for Work vs. Study vs. any other mode you create - **Instant manual control** — switch modes from the toolbar popup with one click; the schedule resumes automatically at the next transition - **Quick block button** — block or unblock the site you're currently on directly from the popup, no settings page needed - **Tab sync** — already-open tabs on blocked domains are redirected the moment a mode activates, and restored when it ends - **Chrome sync** — your modes and blocklists sync across all your Chrome devices automatically - **No account, no server** — everything runs locally inside the extension; no data ever leaves your browser **Getting started** 1. Click the extension icon and open **Edit modes** 2. Create a new mode, add a schedule and a few domains to block 3. Save — the extension handles the rest --- ## Tags / Keywords website blocker --- ## Privacy policy summary (for the store listing) Focus Mode Blocker stores your mode names, schedules, and blocklists in Chrome's built-in sync storage. This data syncs across your own Chrome devices via your Google account and is never sent to any external server. The extension does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
