About

MISAKA Wallet is a self-custody, post-quantum wallet for the MISAKA (kaspa-pq) network. Hold and move your MISAKA funds with signatures that stay secure even against quantum computers — directly from your browser, with no account and no servers in the middle.

⚛️ Post-quantum by design
Every transaction is authorized with ML-DSA-87 (FIPS 204, NIST security level 5), the NIST-standardized post-quantum signature algorithm. There is no secp256k1 / ECDSA code path anywhere — the wallet is built to resist "harvest-now, decrypt-later" attacks from future quantum hardware.

🔑 True self-custody
Your 24-word recovery phrase is generated and kept only on your device, encrypted with AES-256-GCM under a key derived from your password (PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA-512, 600,000 iterations). It is never stored in plaintext and never leaves your browser. The decrypted key exists only in memory while the wallet is unlocked and is wiped on manual lock, idle auto-lock, or browser close.

⚡ Testnet & mainnet
Switch networks in one tap. The same recovery phrase derives the correct address for each network (misakatest: / misaka:).

🧾 Send, receive & full history
Check your balance, receive to your address, send funds, and review your incoming and outgoing transactions — in a clean, fast popup.

🛡️ No accounts, no tracking, no remote code
No sign-up, no email, no analytics, no telemetry. The signing core is bundled WebAssembly, and the Content Security Policy forbids remote scripts. By default the wallet talks to the public MISAKA node/explorer; you can point it at your own node in Settings.

Getting started
1. Install and open MISAKA Wallet.
2. Create a new wallet and back up your 24-word recovery phrase, or import an existing phrase.
3. Set a password — it encrypts your wallet on this device.
4. Receive funds, check your balance, and send transactions.

Important
MISAKA Wallet is self-custody software. You alone are responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase. Anyone who has it can control your funds, and no one — including the developer — can recover it for you. Always keep an offline backup.
