  HistoryVault is a private, local-first browser history workspace for Chrome. It helps users search browsing history by title, URL, domain, time range, favorites, visit type, saved searches, local insights, and manually captured current-page text without creating an account or sending browsing data to a server.
  
  Use it when Chrome's default history view is not enough: recover pages you visited, review a timeline, understand top domains, export history reports, and preview cleanup actions before deleting anything. Sessions are for current work, bookmarks are for saved links, and HistoryVault is for finding and understanding what you already visited.
  
  Key workflows include local history indexing, search sorting, timeline and heatmap review, domain statistics, Active Capture after a user click, local exports, metadata backup/restore, cleanup report export, and cleanup dry-runs with explicit review before deletion.
