Press Ctrl+Alt+K (⌃⌥K on Mac) on any Procore page, type a few letters, hit Enter. Daily Log, RFIs, submittals, drawings, punch list, budget, directory — every project and company tool, reachable in a second.

📋 QUICK CREATE
New RFI, new submittal, new punch list item, new observation, new change event — straight from the palette, skipping the menus entirely.

🏗 PROJECT SWITCHER
Run several jobs? The toolbar learns your projects automatically as you open them. Type "switch", hit Enter — you're on the other project's home page. No setup, no digging through the project picker.

⚡ INSTANT HOTKEYS
Ctrl+Alt+1…9 open your pinned tools directly: Daily Log, RFIs, drawings — whatever you use most. Customise pins on the settings page.

Prefer the mouse? Click the ⚡ tab on the right edge of any Procore page for a slim panel with every tool and project, your pinned links on top.
