UTM Builder — Campaign URL Tagger tags any link with
`utm_source`, `utm_medium`, `utm_campaign`, `utm_term`, and `utm_content` parameters so downstream analytics can attribute traffic correctly — without ever pasting a pre-launch URL into a third-party web tool.

Click the toolbar icon and the popup prefills the active tab's URL automatically. Fill in the campaign fields (or apply a saved preset), and get a clean, correctly-encoded, validated link ready to copy — entirely on-device. A pasted or typed URL works exactly the same way.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
This extension reads only the active tab's URL, on the toolbar- icon-click gesture that opens the popup — never page content, never other tabs, never your browsing history. It requests no host permissions and injects no scripts. This extension collects no data of any kind — no analytics, no tracking, no telemetry. The only network traffic it ever makes is a purchase-verification check with ExtensionPay if you choose to upgrade.

CORRECT, SURGICAL URL HANDLING
• Existing query parameters and their exact original encoding are preserved untouched — this is not a "read query string, write it back" tool that can silently re-encode a param you never touched.
• Existing `utm_*` parameters you're re-supplying are replaced in place, never duplicated.
• Non-http(s) pages (`chrome://`, internal pages, etc.) are clearly flagged as not taggable, instead of producing a broken link.
