About

Silo Internal Traffic is a team utility for organizations that use Silo analytics. When you (a teammate, contractor, or client-side user) browse a site that runs Silo, your visits would otherwise inflate that site's analytics. This extension marks your visits as **internal** so they're cleanly excluded from the real numbers.

How it works:
- You enter your name and email once, so whoever owns the analytics knows who's set up.
- On pages that run Silo analytics, the extension flags your traffic as internal.
- A simple on/off toggle lets you turn it off temporarily (e.g. to QA the site as a normal visitor).

What it does **not** do:
- It does nothing on sites that don't run Silo analytics.
- It never reads page contents, and never tracks your browsing anywhere else.
- The broad site-access permission is used **only** to detect which pages run Silo — it acts nowhere else.
