TabStage adds a focused, fullscreen tab reader to Ultimate Guitar so you can actually practice instead of fighting the page layout.

Hit "Practice Mode" on any chord sheet or text tab and your content opens in a clean overlay - no ads, no sidebars, no distractions.

📐 Multi-Column Layout
TabStage automatically calculates the optimal number of columns based on your screen width and font size, so your longest lines never wrap. Nudge the column count up or down with one click, or resize the window and the layout recalculates instantly.

🎨 Colored Chord Highlighting
Every root note gets its own color - all 12, from A to G# - so chords stand out at a glance and you always know where you are on the page. Chord/lyric pairings and tab staff lines are kept together so columns never break them mid-phrase. Toggle chord coloring on or off anytime.

🌙 Dark & Light Mode
TabStage defaults to a dark theme with off-white text, easy on the eyes in a dim room. Switch to light mode with one click. Your preference is saved across sessions.

🔤 Font Size Control
Dial your font size from 8px to 32px with A− and A+ buttons, or type a value directly. Column layout recalculates automatically when you change the size. Settings persist across sessions.

⌨️ Keyboard-Friendly
Press Escape to close the reader at any time.
