This extension automatically blocks attempts to load data:text/html URLs in Chrome by redirecting them to a custom, humorous warning page. By detecting and intercepting navigation to data:text/html pages, this extension helps enforce safer browsing environments in educational and supervised settings. It does so using the webNavigation permission to monitor tab activity and the tabs permission to redirect the navigation safely to a local internal page.
