About

Silver Lining - Blue uses the same color palette as the official Google Chrome dark theme and adds a soft blue to the title bar. In addition, it changes the title bar's behavior when out of focus to that of any file explorer window in Windows 10's own dark mode. It also switches from blue to black in Incognito mode.
