In case of force majeure, or if you still made a mistake and damaged your bookmarks, here is an emergency instruction:
Go to the address in the explorer of your PC: simply enter the line:
%AppData%\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
Find the file Bookmarks.bak
Make a copy of it, then remove the file extension.
Replace exist file "Bookmarks". 
How to see or change the file extension, if this is not possible, read on the Internet. I recommend to reading other device such phone.
