About

eye exercises (Mili) gives your eyes a gentle, regular break from the screen.

After every 45 active minutes at your computer, it reminds you to pause and follow a quick on-screen "follow-the-dot" exercise — smooth waves, circles, a star, and more — designed to relax your eyes. If you ignore a reminder, it nudges you again after 5 and 10 more active minutes, then resets.

The toolbar icon doubles as a live timer: it shows how many active minutes have passed and shifts color (green → yellow → red) as it's time for a break.

- Fully local and private — nothing is collected, sent, or stored online
- No account or login required
- Smooth, lightweight animations (no video, no sound)
- Smart timing — it only counts the minutes you're actually using your computer, and won't disturb you while your screen is locked or idle

Take care of your eyes, one short break at a time.
