# Privacy & data

Fluentify is privacy-first. Your selected text is sent directly from your browser to the AI provider you choose, using your API key. No analytics, no developer servers. Settings and a 25-item history are stored locally in your browser.

# Notes
Some restricted pages (e.g., browser settings, web store, PDFs) don’t allow extensions. On those, paste text into the popup.
