Three restriction modes
1. Block: Restricts the page immediately with a block screen.
2. Limit: Gives you a daily time allowance, then blocks the site.
3. Allow: Whitelists a domain so it is never restricted.

See your weekly stats. FocusFlow maps out your daily usage, highlighting the exact sites that take up your time. Review any specific website to track your trends over the last 7 days, see your total visits, and count your blocked attempts.

Rule profiles
Group rules into profiles like Work, Study, or Weekend, and toggle an entire context with one switch. No more enabling and disabling rules one by one.

Quick-access popup
Click the extension icon to instantly see today's stats for your current site, change its mode, or adjust your time limit.

Custom block screen
When a site is blocked, a minimal screen takes its place to keep you on track. You can add a custom message for any site, view your current stats, and use quick links to open your dashboard.

Privacy-first
All data stays on your device. No accounts, no cloud sync, and no tracking. Rules are stored in Chrome sync storage so they travel with you across your own devices.
