About
TwineGuard adds a DevTools panel for browsing and editing Twine-style game variables while your story runs. Open a game tab, open DevTools, and select the TwineGuard panel to see a live tree of your story's state. Features: • Recursive search across variable keys and values • Favorites: pin frequently used variables • Groups: organize variables into named collections • Inline editing of strings, numbers, and booleans • Locks: freeze a value so the story can't overwrite it • Multipliers: apply numeric scaling rules to variables or groups • Persistent settings per story across sessions Supported engines: SugarCube, Harlowe, Snowman, and Chapbook. Open-source under the MIT License.
