Save property listings from Canadian real estate websites directly to your Syntac Realtor Assistant account — no copy-pasting, no spreadsheets, no switching tabs.

Syntac Listing Saver works on the sites realtors use every day: Realtor.ca, Pillar9, and REW.ca. Browse listings as you normally would, then click "Capture Listing" to instantly extract property details — address, price, MLS number, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, year built, and listing photos — all in one click.

HOW IT WORKS

Browse any listing on Realtor.ca, Pillar9, or REW.ca
Click the Syntac icon in your toolbar
Hit "Capture Listing" — the extension reads the page and extracts property data automatically
Review the details, edit anything that needs adjusting, then hit "Save Listing."
Your saved listings sync to your Syntac dashboard at syntac.org, ready for market analysis

WHAT GETS CAPTURED

Address, city, and postal code
List price and MLS number
Bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage
Year built and property details
Up to 20 listing photos
A data confidence score, so you know how complete the capture is

BUILT FOR YOUR WORKFLOW

Edit before saving: Review and correct any extracted data before it's saved
Confidence indicator: See at a glance how much data was captured (green = great, yellow = partial, red = check the details)
Saved listings view: Access your recently saved listings right from the extension
Seamless sync: Saved listings appear in your Syntac dashboard and can be imported directly into market analyses

REQUIREMENTS

An active Syntac Realtor Assistant subscription (sign up at syntac.ca/realtor/signup)
A valid real estate license in your jurisdiction

PRIVACY & SECURITY

The extension only activates on supported listing sites — it does not run on other websites
Your login session is stored securely in Chrome's local storage
No data is collected or shared with third parties — listings are saved only to your private Syntac account
