To start automating invoice collection, install the Well App. Pin it to your browser for instant access anywhere. Open it with one click whenever you’re browsing supplier portals, inboxes, or receipts — no setup or coding needed.

3. Automatically detect invoices and collect in one click  
With the extension active, Well’s AI identifies paid invoices as you browse. When an invoice is detected, simply click to upload — fast, accurate, and effortless.

4. Trigger batch collections during tax season  
When it’s time to collect at scale, return to the provider gallery and launch a batch collection. A new tab will open, prompting authentication if needed, and Well will handle the rest — collecting documents, standardizing data, and piping everything directly into your accounting stack.
