  Three signals, each normalized to 0–100:
  • Saves/Favorites (default 40%) — Strongest intent signal
  • Days on Market (default 35%) — Fresh listings = more competition
  • Page Views (default 25%) — High traffic = high demand
  
  Plus a ±10 velocity bonus for engagement rate per day.
