🎯 How to Play (requires keyboard)

1. Navigate to any web page. One with charts or graphs look coolest
2. Click the Boomer Lander extension icon
3. Hit "START MISSION", or to skip a few levels, press any key between 2 and 9 to select starting difficulty
4. Use W/↑ to thrust, A/← and D/→ to rotate, SPACE to fire
5. Press S/↓ to activate shields (drains fuel quickly!)
6. Land gently on flat white terrain for an encouraging message!
7. Press B for "Boss Mode" to instantly hide the game, P to pause (freeze) the game, or Esc to quit.

🏆 Scoring & Strategy

Master precision landing! Smaller landing zones award more points. Perfect landings earn bonus multipliers. Destroy asteroids and UFOs for extra points. Successful landings refuel your craft by 50 units and reload 10 'scones'.

🙄Sensitive Viewers Avert Your Eyes!

All the destruction and violence may not sit well with the youngin's these days, so we changed potentially violent terms like 'ammo' into 'scones.'

Backstory: my kids came home one day from school to teach us that we no longer use the phrase "kill two birds with one stone," rather we "feed two birds with one scone". So, our family basically adopted the phrase "kill two birds with one scone." That passes for humor in our household. And that's 1 minute of your life you're never getting back.
