1.  Open the Custom Refresher popup.
2.  Click "Add New Rule."

4.  Choose an "Action" (Simple Refresh, Re-open Same Link, Redirect to Specific Link).
5.  Set an optional "Delay" in milliseconds.
6.  Configure advanced options like "Case Sensitive Match," "Offline/Stuck Page Detection," and "Revoke action if page navigates."
7.  Save your rule, and let Custom Refresher take over!
