  LexiNote helps English learners read web pages with less friction.
  
  Click the LexiNote icon on the current tab to scan visible English text on that page. Words above the built-in difficulty threshold are highlighted, and hovering a highlighted word shows a local CET dictionary meaning.
  
  LexiNote is intentionally local-first and minimal:
  - Runs only after you click the extension icon on the current tab
  - Uses built-in CET4 and CET6 dictionary data
  - Shows meanings locally in the page
  - Does not send page text, URLs, browsing history, lookup results, or personal data to any server
  - Does not use analytics, ads, tracking, accounts, cloud sync, remote code, or AI APIs
  
  MVP limitations:
  - No PDF or image OCR support
  - No custom dictionary import
  - No vocabulary notebook or sync
  - No automatic scanning on every site
