How it works
Once you install Metis and create a profile, the extension runs quietly in the background. When you land on a job posting — on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or most major job boards — Metis automatically analyses the role against your experience, skills, seniority level, and career preferences. Within seconds, the extension icon changes colour to signal your match level:
🟢 Green — strong match (70+). Worth your time.
🟡 Amber — decent match (40–69). Some gaps, but potentially worth exploring.
🔴 Red — weak match (below 40). Likely not the right fit right now.
