📊 DATA SOURCE: REJESTR CEN NIERUCHOMOŚCI (RCN)

We use Poland's official, government-maintained Real Property Price Registry (RCN) — a database of 3.85 million real transactions from notarial deeds across the country. These are NOT asking prices (which are often inflated). These are the REAL amounts people actually paid for their apartments.
