Gmail Feature Extender adds two tiny, time-saving action buttons to EVERY
individual email inside a Gmail conversation — right where you need them, no
menus required.

• Per-message Delete — A trash icon on each email lets you delete that single
  message from a thread in one click. No more opening the "More options"
  (⋮) menu and hunting for Delete. Works on both expanded and collapsed
  messages.

• Per-message Copy Text — A copy icon grabs the full plain-text content of an
  email and puts it on your clipboard. It even reveals the "Show trimmed
  content" (…) history that Gmail hides — so you copy the COMPLETE reply-all
  chain, not just the latest message — then quietly re-hides it so your view
  stays clean. Images and formatting are skipped; you get clean text. A green
  checkmark confirms the copy.

★ HOW TO USE

1. Open any Gmail conversation that has one or more messages.
2. On an expanded email, look just left of the emoji/reaction button for the
   trash and copy icons.
3. On a collapsed email, hover the row — the icons appear near the star.
4. Click trash to delete that message, or copy to grab its text.

That's it. No setup, no options to configure.
