Getting Started 
Navigate to any Pinterest board and launch YourSketchTab. The extension instantly opens a dedicated, distraction-free canvas tab, pulling random images from your selected board for timed study sessions.
 
Open Session (Free-form Style)
Perfect for quick studies or open-ended practice.
• Uniform Intervals: Enable Auto-Advance to cycle through images at a consistent, pre-set pace.
• Flexible Timing: Disable Auto-Advance to retain control, allowing you to manually adjust the duration of each image as you go.

Structured Session (Class Style)
Mimic a structured life-drawing class designed to sharpen your observational skills through a tiered training format:
• Warm Up: A series of rapid gesture sketches to get your hand moving.
• Sketch: Medium-length poses to focus on structure and anatomical placement.
• Studies: A final long-duration pose dedicated to detailed shading and rendering.
• Full Customization: Define the image count and time duration for each phase to fit your specific schedule and training goals.

Powerful Image Adjustments
Refine your references to focus on specific artistic challenges. Adjustments persist across your session until reset, allowing for a consistent study environment:

• Basic Controls: Flip images horizontally or toggle "Fit Vertically" to maximize your screen space. 

• Plum & Level: Add a plum line and level line to your reference image to help train your eye to view form relationships. Verify the proportions and balance of the figure while spotting misalignments and skewed figures. Click the “Plum & Level Lines” header text to cycle through different colors to make the lines more visible on any image.

Advanced Rendering:
• Grayscale & Posterization: Strip away color to focus purely on value relationships. Click the “Posterization” header text to reset. 
•  Contrast & Levels Adjustments: Accentuate light and shadow patterns for better readability. Click the “Contrast” or “Levels Adjustment” header text to reset.
• Smoothing: Reduce visual noise with Bi-lateral filtering to focus on the core silhouette and gesture. Click the “Smoothing” header text to reset.
