**What it documents**

LucidGrid detects 18 browser-based AI tools across image, video, audio, and 3D categories. For tools with a local API (such as node-based generation environments), session capture happens at the API level before any file is written. For all other tools, the extension pre-fills the tool name, URL, and system timestamp; you add your decision notes and save. One action. Under 15 seconds.

Every logged session becomes an entry in a tamper-evident evidence record attached to your project. When the project is ready, you export a ZIP containing a structured timeline, human attestations, license verification, perceptual hashes for each asset, and a cryptographic proof anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain via OpenTimestamps.
