About

THE PROBLEM:
Sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter accumulate massive amounts of cached data — IndexedDB, Cache Storage, Service Workers — that eat 1-2GB+ of RAM. Chrome's built-in Memory Saver only sleeps inactive tabs. It doesn't clean the bloat.
THE SOLUTION:
Tab Memory Cleaner gives you 3 levels of cleanup, accessible via right-click menu, popup, or keyboard shortcuts:
⚡ SOFT CLEAN (Alt+1)
Hard reload the current tab. Flushes JavaScript memory. You stay logged in.
🧹 DEEP CLEAN (Alt+2)
Clears cache, IndexedDB, localStorage, Cache Storage, and Service Workers for the current site, then reloads. You stay logged in. This is what actually frees the 1.9GB.
💣 NUKE & RELOAD (Alt+3)
Clears EVERYTHING including cookies. Like visiting the site for the first time. Use when a site is completely broken.
💤 DISCARD OTHER TABS (Alt+0)
Put all other tabs to sleep instantly. Keep only your active tab.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
ALSO INCLUDES:
• Discard tabs to the left / right
• Visual popup showing all tabs and their status
• Action history (last 50 cleanups)
• Works on any website

✅ Zero data collection — nothing leaves your browser

✅ Zero dependencies — no npm packages, no frameworks
