About

Quaspar cuts the administrative work that slows down independent specialty practices — starting with prior authorization, the task that eats the most staff time.
While a doctor works in their browser-based EHR, Quaspar detects procedures and medications that require prior authorization, reads the chart, and fills the PA form automatically — whether it's on a payer portal or in the EHR. It checks the request for completeness and flags common denial reasons before submission, so fewer requests come back rejected.

The doctor stays in control. Quaspar prepares the request; the doctor reviews and submits it. Quaspar never sends anything to a payer on its own.

What Quaspar does:
- Detects procedures and medications that need prior authorization
- Fills the PA form from the patient's chart — across tabs and payer portals
- Checks real-time insurance eligibility
- Reviews requests for completeness and flags likely denial reasons
- Organizes prior-auth inbox items, like payer determination letters

Built for independent practices. No IT setup, no servers to configure — sign in and it works alongside your existing EHR.

Privacy by design. Patient information stays on the device while Quaspar works, and Quaspar only runs on the sites you explicitly enable. You review and submit every request.

Prior authorization is where Quaspar starts — our mission is to keep reducing administrative burden for independent practices.
