About

SnapGlade is a fast, private screenshot studio that lives in your browser.
Capture anything, mark it up, make it look great, and export — all on your
device. Nothing you capture leaves your browser unless you choose to back it up
to your own Google Drive.

CAPTURE
• Visible area, full scrolling page, a dragged region, or a picked element
• From the toolbar, the right-click menu, or global hotkeys (Alt+Shift+V/F/R/E)
• Timed delay, capture at a responsive width, 2x/3x retina output, batch capture
• Record the current tab to WebM video or an animated GIF

PAGE PREP (before capture, auto-undone after)
• Hide sticky bars & cookie banners, dismiss overlays, release scroll locks
• Trigger lazy-loaded images, force light/dark, inject custom CSS, expand accordions

EDITOR
• Layer-based, non-destructive canvas: move/resize, multi-select, group, reorder
• Zoom & pan, smart snapping with guides, rulers, full undo/redo history
• Arrows, shapes, freehand pen & highlighter, text, numbered steps, callouts,
  sticky notes, emoji, spotlight, and a magnifier — plus an eyedropper everywhere

BEAUTIFY
• Solid / gradient / mesh / image / GPU-shader backgrounds, padding, rounded corners, shadow
• Rotation and pseudo-3D tilt, device frames (browser, iPhone, Pixel, MacBook)
• Watermark, aspect-ratio presets, brand kit

REDACT (privacy-first)
• Blur / pixelate / solid-bar / patch regions that re-render from the original
  and are only baked in at export
• On-device auto-detection of faces (and sensitive text where supported)

EXPORT
• PNG / JPG / WebP, SVG with vector annotations, single-page PDF
• 1x/2x/3x, social & docs size presets, or copy straight to the clipboard

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
• Projects and captures are stored locally in your browser (IndexedDB)
• Optional: connect Google Drive to back up projects to a hidden, app-private
  folder in YOUR OWN Drive. We run no servers and collect no analytics.
