About
Force Paste adds a context-menu action for editable fields where normal paste is blocked by page scripts. Right-click an input, textarea, or contenteditable field, choose Force Paste, and the extension reads your clipboard text and inserts it at the cursor or current selection. It is useful for forms that disable paste but where you still need to enter text you control, such as generated passwords, long codes, account IDs, notes, test values, or copied content. Force Paste is intentionally small and local. It does not run a backend service, does not use analytics, and does not send clipboard contents, page contents, or pasted text to the developer. Clipboard text is read only after you choose the Force Paste menu action. Force Paste is open source at https://github.com/he-zhe/force-paste-extension.
