Schwartz Tech Pinned Tab Refresh is a focused productivity extension for keeping selected browser tabs current while leaving the rest of your workspace untouched.

Operating notes and caveats:
- Every target is locked to the exact tab selected when it is added.
- Each scheduled tab has its own independent timer.
- Regular http, https, and permitted local file tabs are supported.
- Browser internal pages such as chrome:// pages cannot be controlled by Chrome extensions.
- Browser behavior, website state, sleep mode, permissions, network availability, throttling, and browser updates may affect refresh timing.
