Filevine Commander transforms your Filevine task management experience with a professional dark theme, intelligent task prioritization, and workflow shortcuts — all in one lightweight extension.

DARK THEME
A comprehensive dark theme that covers every surface in Filevine: modals, forms, inputs, buttons, dropdowns, checkboxes, the chat sidebar, data grids, date pickers, scrollbars, and more. No more blinding white screens during late-night case reviews.

Choose from 5 built-in color presets:
- Dark Teal — The original. Teal accents on deep navy.
- Midnight Indigo — Rich purple tones with indigo highlights.
- Carbon — Pure neutral grays with cyan accents.
- Dark Emerald — Forest-inspired greens.
- Glass — Frosted blue with soft contrast.

Switch themes instantly from the extension popup or the in-page toolbar. Your selection persists across sessions.

TASK COMMANDER
Replaces the native task list on the global Tasks page with a priority-grouped view. Your tasks are automatically classified into four tiers:

Return Calls — Tasks with call-related tags or keywords
Demands — Demand letters, deadlines, and follow-ups
@Mentions — Tasks where you are specifically mentioned
General — Everything else

Tasks are grouped by client/project, sorted by priority tier first, then by earliest due date. Each project group shows the case phase, primary contact, and overdue status at a glance.

TASK ACTIONS
Complete tasks and manage due dates without opening each case:
- Done — Mark a task complete. It fades out and disappears from your list.
- +1w — Push the due date out one week from today.
- +1m — Push the due date out one month from today.

Click any task row or client name to navigate directly to that case.

QUICK-SELECT TEMPLATES
When generating documents in Insurance, Medical, or Intake sections, one-click template buttons appear for your most-used documents. No more searching through long dropdown lists.

HOW IT WORKS
- Automatically activates on your Filevine Tasks page
- Never interferes with individual case/project pages
- Click Restore to return to the native task list anytime
- Toggle features on/off from the extension popup
- Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+T to toggle Commander

PRIVACY
This extension only runs on Filevine domains. It does not collect, transmit, or store any data outside your browser. All settings are saved locally using Chrome sync storage. No analytics. No tracking. No third-party services.
