About

Mind Your Business adds deliberate "cognitive friction" before you open Twitter(X). Instead of loading the site instantly, it shows an inspiring quote and asks you to complete a 30‑second breathing timer and manually type “I am sacrificing my long-term goals for temporary pleasure.” to unlock access. Everything runs locally with data stored only in chrome.storage, never sent to any server.

- Targets only x.com and twitter.com (for now)
- Quote screen to interrupt automatic scrolling and prompt reflection
- Two-step unlock: breathing timer → precise sentence typing
- One‑click re‑enable via extension settings tab
- No accounts, no analytics, no external data collection
