About

Cortex Capture sends the page you are reading, your open Gmail thread, or a ChatGPT, Claude, X, or Gemini conversation straight into your own Cortex knowledge graph.

Click the Cortex icon, review the preview, and press Send. The page's main content is extracted and staged in your Cortex Ingest queue, ready to turn into structured knowledge. Select text first and only that selection is captured. On Gmail, the open thread is parsed with per-message headers and quoted-reply stripping. On ChatGPT, Claude, X, and Gemini, the full open conversation is captured, not just the part on screen.

Connect the extension to your Cortex account in one click, then clip. Your data goes only to your Cortex backend. No third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising. The extension reads a page only when you click it, using Chrome's activeTab permission.
