About
OnAvaya enables contact center agents to access IP Office Contact Center from a Chromebook to manage voice calls, chat and/or e-mails. It also allows supervisors to monitor and support agent activities as well as having access to real time and historical reporting. The solution provides agent and supervisor capabilities that can be accessed by a simple Chrome application, provisioned and managed centrally by the Google Chrome management console, thus helping increase speed, flexibility and cost efficiency in contact center operations. • Support for Chrome OS on Chromebooks and Chromeboxes • Unified UI, Chrome-packaged application for agent/supervisor control of audio, chat and e-mail delivery • Chrome management console integration and remote policy management for server configuration • HTML5-based user interface • Support for Integrated (WebRTC) and non-Integrated Phone modes • Support for a selection of Plantronics headsets
