The purpose of this extension is to help people who may be behind a DNS Blocking service that can result in some sites being unusable due to already present ad-blocking that they cannot control. If you choose to use this extension as a primary means of blocking ads, this will be in violation of the purpose for which this extension was created/intended to be used.
