About

Here's the description — copy the whole block:
Save your tabs as Markdown. Export to Obsidian, Notion, or wherever you take notes.

Tab Stash saves all your open tabs as a named session with one click — formatted as clean Markdown you can paste into any note-taking app.

Why Markdown?
Because your tabs are research. And research belongs in your knowledge base, not trapped in your browser. Tab Stash speaks the same language as Obsidian, Notion, LogSeq, and every other tool you already use.

How it works:
1. Click "Stash Tabs" to save all open tabs
2. Choose your Markdown format (standard links, wiki-links, plain text, or numbered)
3. Tabs close automatically, freeing memory
4. Copy as Markdown, export as .md file, or restore tabs with one click

Features:
- Save all tabs as a named session with one click
- 4 Markdown templates: standard links, wiki-links (Obsidian), plain, numbered
- Copy any session as Markdown to clipboard — paste directly into your notes
- Export individual sessions or all sessions as .md files
- Auto-export: every stashed session automatically saves as a .md file to your Downloads
- Search across all sessions and tabs
- Click individual tabs to reopen just the ones you need
- Dark mode (follows system preference)
- All data stored locally — no accounts, no servers, no tracking

Built for:
- Obsidian users who want tabs in their vault
- Notion users building research databases
- Developers saving reference tabs for projects
- Writers collecting source material
- Anyone who uses Markdown for notes

Markdown templates included:
Standard: - [Page Title](https://example.com)
Wiki-links: - [[Page Title]] — https://example.com
Plain: - Page Title: https://example.com
Numbered: 1. [Page Title](https://example.com)

Privacy first: Everything stored locally. No accounts. No cloud. No tracking. Your data stays on your device.
