X好友回流 是一个本地浏览器扩展，用来把你关注的好友内容重新插入 X Home 信息流。你可以在弹窗里配置读取多少个关注用户、每个用户读取多少条非置顶推文、用户之间的读取强度，以及每隔多少条 Home 推文插入一条好友内容。

插件会通过你当前已登录的 x.com 会话读取关注列表和公开推文内容，并把结果保存到当前浏览器本地。插入后的卡片尽量贴近 X 原生帖子样式，支持文本、图片、视频缩略图、链接预览、引用内容和基础互动。点赞、评论、转发、引用和收藏会通过插件在当前登录态下调用 X 的网页内部接口执行，不需要跳转到原帖。

适合想要提高关注对象曝光率、复看重要好友内容、减少 Home 推荐流随机性的用户。

## Detailed Description / 详细说明
X好友回流 (X Friend Reflow) is a local browser extension that brings posts from accounts you follow back into your X Home timeline. In the popup, you can configure how many followed accounts to read, how many non-pinned posts to take from each account, the pacing between users, and how many regular Home posts should appear between inserted friend cards.

The extension reads your following list and public post content through your currently signed-in x.com session, then stores the result locally in your browser. Inserted cards are designed to feel close to native X posts and can display text, images, video thumbnails, link previews, quoted posts, and basic engagement controls. Like, reply, repost, quote, and bookmark actions are performed through X web internal endpoints under your current login state, without opening the original post.

It is built for users who want to give followed accounts more exposure, revisit important friend posts, and reduce the randomness of the Home recommendation feed.
