About

Ascend turns your real-life goals into quests, your work sessions into XP, and your progress into a character you level up over time. It's a productivity extension built for people who want more than a to-do list.

Focus Sessions that actually work
Run Pomodoro or deep-focus timers that keep counting even when you switch tabs. Get a desktop notification the moment your session ends — no more missing your break because you were heads-down in another window.

Quest System
Break your goals into quests and tasks. Each completed pomodoro earns XP based on how hard the work is — Trivial through Epic. Finish a quest, see the rewards stack up.

GM AI Coach
Your Game Master reviews your quests, validates your difficulty ratings, spots behavioural patterns, and gives you direct, personalised feedback. Not generic tips — coaching grounded in what you've actually been doing.

Site Blocking
Add distracting sites to a hard block list. Earn 10 XP for each domain you commit to blocking. Soft blocks let you set friction instead of a full wall — your call.

Built for real work
- Streaks that reward consistent daily sessions
- Achievements across four milestone categories
- A daily planner to commit your tasks each morning
- A Notes vault for local .md files that never leave your machine

If you've ever opened a productivity app, added three tasks, and closed it — Ascend is built to fix that. The RPG layer isn't decoration; it's the reason you come back.
