# MOT v1 – Melo Operations Toolkit

MOT v1 (Melo Operations Toolkit) is a browser extension designed to provide operational tools directly within the Okta Admin Console.

The initial release focuses on helping administrators efficiently identify and manage bounced and deferred email delivery events without requiring external tools, API tokens, or custom scripts.

## Features

### Bounce Email Manager

* Search bounced email events
* Search deferred email events
* Filter results by common time ranges
* Bulk-select email addresses
* Remove selected email addresses from the bounce list
* Export search results to CSV
* Export bounce removal confirmations to CSV

### Tenant Information

* Tenant URL detection
* Admin URL detection
* Cell identification
* Pipeline detection (Classic / Identity Engine)
* Custom domain detection

### Session Validation

* Verify access to supported administrative APIs using the current authenticated administrator session

### Local Processing

* Searches, filtering, exports, and administrative actions are performed locally within the browser using the existing authenticated administrator session

## Privacy & Security

MOT does not transmit tenant data, user data, logs, search results, metadata, credentials, or administrative information to external services.

MOT does not:

* Store usernames or passwords
* Store API tokens
* Collect tenant information
* Send data to third-party analytics services
* Send tenant data to any MOT-managed backend

All processing is performed locally within the browser and uses the permissions already granted to the authenticated administrator account.

## Intended Audience

MOT is intended for Okta administrators, support engineers, identity professionals, and operational teams who regularly manage tenant administration tasks.
