🔔 How to Enable Chrome Notifications on Your PC
Your Chrome extension uses browser notifications to remind you of upcoming subscription billing dates.
To make sure these alerts work properly, please enable notifications for Chrome in your operating system settings.

🪟 Windows 10/11
1. Open the Start Menu, then click Settings.
2. Go to System → Notifications.
3. Scroll down to find Google Chrome in the list.
4. Make sure notifications are turned ON for Chrome.
    - Click it and toggle the switch if needed.

✅ Tip: Chrome may also prompt you inside the browser to allow notifications. Click Allow when asked.

🍎 macOS (Ventura and later)
1. Open System Settings.
2. Click Notifications from the sidebar on the left.
3. On the right panel, find and click Google Chrome.
4. Turn on Allow Notifications.
5. Choose your preferred alert style: Banner (auto-disappears) or Alert (requires user action).
6. Optionally, enable badges, sounds, etc.

✅ Tip: On macOS, notifications won’t show if "Do Not Disturb" or "Focus" mode is active.

🌐 Inside Chrome (Optional Check)
1. Visit chrome://settings/content/notifications in the Chrome address bar.
2. Make sure notifications are allowed for Chrome and not blocked.
3. If your extension or site is listed under Blocked, remove it or move it to Allow.
