  How to Use: 
    Read Better is off by default on each page so it only activates when you want it to.
    To turn it on:
    - On Windows and Linux, press Ctrl + Space
    - On macOS, press Ctrl + Shift + Space
  
    Once active, move through the text with these shortcuts:
    - Next paragraph: Shift + ArrowDown
    - Previous paragraph: Shift + ArrowUp
  
    Word-by-word navigation defaults:
    - On Windows and Linux:
        - Next word or reading unit: Alt + Shift + ArrowRight
        - Previous word or reading unit: Alt + Shift + ArrowLeft
    - On macOS:
        - Next word or reading unit: Ctrl + Shift + ArrowRight
        - Previous word or reading unit: Ctrl + Shift + ArrowLeft
  
  You can change any shortcut and adjust highlight settings at any time from the extension popup.
