This Google extension allows videos on Netflix and 動畫瘋 to stay always on top of the screen. 

It includes a "control-bar" that lets you perform actions such as 

1.quick playback, 
2.fast-forwarding, 
3.rewinding, 
4.skipping to the next episode, 
5.adjusting the volume

all within the floating window,
eliminating the need to frequently switch back to the video tab.
