If you use the built-in "Save image as" function in Chrome, you don’t have any control over how the image will be saved. The browser will automatically download the image using the current format — typically WebP that cannot be used in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, or mobile phone gallery app. Alternatively, the file may be downloaded in the HEIC format, which you may not be able to edit in certain applications.
