About

Memefolio shows you the Solana wallet holdings of registered 
users directly on their X profile, no extra tabs, no 
manual searching.

WHY INSTALL IT:
If you follow crypto traders on X, Memefolio tells you 
instantly what they are actually holding, but only for users 
who have registered on memefolio.wtf and linked a wallet. When 
you visit a registered user's profile, a badge appears with 
their total portfolio value in USD. Hover it to see their full 
token breakdown.

WHAT YOU SEE ON A REGISTERED USER'S PROFILE:
- Total Solana portfolio value in USD
- All token holdings worth $10 or more, with symbol, amount and 
  USD value
- One-click link to their full wallet history on Solscan
- Copy any token mint address to clipboard in one click

Profiles that are not registered on Memefolio will not show a 
badge.

POPUP SEARCH:
Open the Memefolio popup to look up any registered user by 
X username and see whether they have a linked wallet, without 
visiting their profile.

HOW USERS GET LISTED:
Any X user can register for free on memefolio.wtf, 
connect their X account via OAuth and link a Solana wallet by 
signing a message. No transactions are ever sent. Once registered, 
their portfolio becomes visible to everyone with Memefolio installed.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY:
Memefolio only reads public on-chain data. No private keys, 
no transactions, no tracking. All data is fetched through a 
secure backend — no API keys are stored inside the extension.

PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED:
- storage: saves wallet data cache and your overlay on/off preference
- alarms: clears expired cache every 60 minutes
- x.com: shows the portfolio overlay on profile pages 
  of registered Memefolio users
- supabase.co: fetches wallet data securely via backend proxy
