SaveSync Bookmarks

About

SaveSync Bookmarks gives you a one-click export of every bookmark you've saved on X (Twitter), RedNote / 小红书, and YouTube — straight to a JSON file on your own computer. No accounts, no uploads, no server middleman.

What it does
• Reads your bookmarks page on x.com, xiaohongshu.com (or rednote.com), and youtube.com using the session you're already signed in with
• Bundles them into a portable JSON file with author, text/title, media URLs, and timestamps
• Saves the file to your Downloads folder

What it does NOT do
• No password prompt — uses the browser session you already have
• No data sent to any server, ever — the JSON only goes to your local disk
• No analytics, no telemetry, no third-party SDKs
• Only runs on the five supported sites (x.com, twitter.com, xiaohongshu.com, rednote.com, youtube.com) — never on any other page

Why
The platforms make their saved-content sections deliberately useless: RedNote lets thumbnails expire, X has no bookmark search, YouTube refuses to expose Watch Later through its API. SaveSync gives you back a copy of your own data in a portable format, on your own machine, that no algorithm can take away.

Companion apps (optional)
SaveSync also has an iOS app and a web uploader at savesync-api.vercel.app that let you import the JSON into a personal, searchable, image-cached bookmark library. You don't need either to use this extension.
