  SellMate helps Etsy sellers answer buyer messages without leaving Etsy Messages. It adds a side panel in your conversation view so you can generate reply ideas, adjust tone, and paste into Etsy’s own composer. You stay on Etsy the whole time.
  
  What you can do:
  - Generate replies from the buyer’s latest message and your shop context (shipping, production time, policies you save in the extension).
  - See conversation intent so you can prioritize serious buyers and common questions.
  - Refine tone (e.g. friendlier or more professional) before you send.
  - Save templates in the extension popup for questions you answer often.
  - Subscribe to higher monthly reply limits when you outgrow the free tier (billing is handled securely via Stripe).
  
  Privacy & data:
  - Sign-in uses your Google account so we can identify your subscription and usage limits.
  - Message text is sent to our backend only to generate suggestions and related features you trigger. You choose what to send to buyers.
