Turn any video into a cycling workout dashboard. Polarized.cc Workout Overlay adds a real-time data overlay on top of your Picture-in-Picture window while training indoors.

5 OVERLAY LAYOUTS
Choose the layout that fits your riding style:

• HUD Bar — Bottom dashboard with power, HR, cadence, and interval progress. Like a heads-up display that fades into the video.
• Side Rail — Narrow vertical strip with an SVG ring timer. Takes just 80px of screen width.
• Corner Card — Classic floating widget with power as the hero number. Drag it to any corner.
• Edge Glow — Your screen border glows with your current power zone color. Ambilight for cycling. Zone 5? Red pulse. Recovery? Cool blue.
• Ticker Strip — Minimal single-line bar at the top. Just 44px tall.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Start a workout on Polarized.cc
2. Click the PiP button or use the extension popup
3. A Document Picture-in-Picture overlay appears on top of any window
4. Watch YouTube, Netflix, or Eurosport while training
